Managing Editor of the National Forum newspaper, James Kwabena Bomfeh, has joined the thousands of people who are still calling on President Akufo-Addo to reshuffle his appointees.
The President has already indicated that he has no cause to reassign, reshuffle or sack any of his appointees.
“Many of them for me have done outstanding work. Their output has been considerable, and that is what I look at. If the output measures expectations, then I don’t have any strong reasons to heed the call,” he has indicated.
However, Kabila insists there must be a reshuffle "not because they have caused problems but (because) they have not been able to find solutions".
"If you are able to reshuffle some of your appointees, it will help the situation not because they have caused problems but perhaps they have not been on top of finding solutions; that is critical. Mr President, you are an action man, let there be a shakeup for all to know you are in charge. You are doing well but not all is well," he pointed out while contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo'.

Most of Ghanaians who have the privilege to talk on radio and tv think they are the most intelligent souls than the silent majority who knows how US , Britain, Germany etc economies are in tatters! Yet they do not appreciate the efforts this government are putting in place to endure this world economic turmoil! Covid-19 koraa pass ! Roads are being constructed, foods are in abundance, salaries are being paid, etc Even with economic hardships I go through night clubs and beer bars and how Ghanaians are chilling and blowing cash ! Yet they tend to complain! Those who feels they know better than what the government is trying hard should wait until they get political power ! Many of there are not able to manage their own companies and families yet they come on radio and talk and talk!
I wonder how Ghanaians think Reshuffle who and bring who ? Who is not doing well at this time and who is standing by to be efficient at which ministry? If you want to have a fair assessment of any Minister go back to 2017-December 2019and check all the economic indicators. Between 2020 till now nobody has any control over what happens next irrespective of your experience of profession. Lets stop that noise and offer constructive and workable suggestions and stop the road side politics of knowing everything.
