A survey by Global Info Analytics has reaffirmed former President John Dramani Mahama as the favourite to win the next presidential elections.
The poll showed that the Eastern Region may be slipping away from the NPP with Mahama polling 73 per cent to Bawumia’s 24 per cent.
The results of the survey were from a sample size of 5,661.
The sample size was allocated to all the regions based on the total number of voters in each of the regions as per the EC 2020 register.
A random simulation for all 275 constituencies was then run to select constituencies, where the allocated sample will be administered from each region.
The poll also showed Mr. Mahama regaining the Northern Region after lagging behind in earlier polls.
He also continues to lead in the North East region, the home region of the Vice President, according to the poll.
On whether the NPP can “Break the Eight” by earning a third successive term, approximately 70 per cent of voters do not believe the NPP can win the 2024 election, whilst 19 per cent believe the party can and 10 per cent have no opinion.
According to the survey, approximately 46 per cent of NPP voters do not believe the party can win the 2024 elections, compared to 43 per cent who believe they can win.

mahama can never win elections in Ghana again, for the next two years things will be better and the story will change for the better, times are hard but definitely not a ***barred word*** minded mahama
@kipson I thought u have been using the name dan for the same messages .. u need to go back to bed
Ghanafo) b3br33 w) mahama nsa ano papaaapa, wh3, you Ghanaians are crying for disaster, mahama airbus again? Are you guys serious as a nation? Which country is better now? Everyone is struggling even in America. Two pieces of kenkey that was sold at two dollars is now five dollars. You can plant food anywhere in Ghana but due to laziness and unnecessary politics you are yearning for mahama coming back. Coming to do what? Dumsor papa, ***barred word*** man. Ghanaians are lucky to have Nana Addo as the current manager of the country. Upon all the global challenges your children are going to secondary school for free, Ghanaians should thank God.
Not surprising. Am for NPP but fact is Akuffo Addo is going round campaigning for John Mahama with his utterances so nobody should be surprised if NDC wins election 2024 before the close of polls. All the efforts by former president kufour and majority of his appointees that made the NPP attractive are being dismantled by Akuffo Addo and his appointees. Kufour and majority of his appointees never for once forgot where they came from. They acted in ways that shows that they appreciated the role of the ordinary NPP supporter in contributing to the positions they occupied. Dogs don't bite those who feed them, for a whole president to go to a party's stronghold to give cheeky answers to people's concerns by saying he doesn't hold their thumps to vote and that if the decide to vote for the NDC that's their problem not his is unthinkable. In 2016/ 2020 even under the influence of alcohol would you have made such an unguided statement? It's like Akuffo Addo doesn't care about a future NPP after his exit. It will be highly impossible for anybody from his ethnic group to lead the NPP again. If Kufuor was such a loose talker like you, will you come to meet a formidable NPP to ride on to power? NDC winning the 2024 elections is an eye ailment, not a stomach ailment that cannot be seen. I pity all NPP supporters whose sacrifices made akuffo Addo what he is today, unfortunately he has soon forgotten yesterday. Our only prayer now is for the 2 years to come fast for him to go. John Mahama does not need any extra ordinary effort to win election 2024, Akuffo Addo has provided him with enough ammunition to fire his way into power in 2024. Akua Donkor would have done better.
