The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr has asked the ruling government to find practical ways of reducing the hardship Ghanaians are facing.
Contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM morning show 'Kokrokoo', Kwesi Pratt said: "talk of GDP, KWZ... but the majority of Ghanaians are used to the economics of former President Kufuor; he says all the calculations are in your pocket and if we look inside our pocket, the situation is very bad. For those of us who enjoy kenkey; within two months a ghc1.50 kenkey is now ghc3...so international conditions, global conditions, world economy, and so on (doesn't help)...we are even tired of hearing such jargon"

Kwesi, kenkey politics is old fashioned. Think outside the box, Ghana is not an island, look at what is happening globally.
why do you support a ***barred word*** incompetent government living lavishly at the expense of Ghanaians kwesi pratt is right kenkey is now 3cedis and its just the size of tennis ball, that guy defending this greedy and ***barred word*** government must stop the average Ghanaian who gave them the mandate dont roam in europe they reside here so please leave your uk bullshit and lets find a way of developing this nation by ridding this country of npp and ndc ***barred word***...Ghanaians are tired of their BULLSHIT....GOD SAVE GHANA
Let us stop these populist statements. My last visit to the UK a daily bus pass which was a Pound for all zones during my first was over 20 Pounds. How do you then expect the kenkey you bought 1 Cedi some years back should continue to sell at 1 Cedi. This is sheer populism. Do you sell your newspaper at the same price you did 5, 10 years ago? If you aren't let us know why you haven't maintained the old price and not using the rise in the price of your newspaper as your example but rather kenkey?
Liar. Cheap Senior journalist.
