Total ***barred word*** and a waste of public funds. Why wouldn't the NPP use the money they are going to spend there to desilt gutters in the city for people to stop dying during flood periods. How can Ghana be paying people who are always sleeping on the job? I think we still need some military discipline to streamline things.Otherwise, this NPP, NDC politics is only glorifying mediocrty and ***barred word***.
