Mr Dennis Amfo Sefah, a member of the Tema West branch of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has called on NDC communicators and other opposition members to eat the humble pie by apologising to Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.
“I told you so; the NDC and other opposition members have been lying all along about the health status of the Vice President. They said that Dr. Bawumia had been paralysed by stroke, where is the evidence? These people who claimed that they were in comfortable lead in 2016 are never to be trusted.”
Mr Sefah who was speaking in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Accra said he had maintained that their opponents had nothing to offer than spewing falsehood to create fear and panic in the country.
Following his earlier dismissal of rumours by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to the effect that Dr. Bawumia had suffered a debilitating stroke he told the GNA that he was vindicated for holding to that claim even in the midst of opposition.
Mr Sefah who is popularly known as Nana Boakye said: “Now that their wicked speculations have been proven to be lies, I hope they will exercise humility and apologise to Dr Bawumia”.

Has Dr. Bawumia apologized to Ghanaians for adding cement to the inflation basket, has he rendered apology for calling voltarians Togolese? or has any memeber of the NPP apologiesd to the family of professor Mills? The problem with you communicators of the government is that you believe you believe it is only the members of the NPP that are Ghanaians and deserve to speak. Instead of blaming others blame the incompetent way the communication was handled.
Bam
Did any NDC member cause the collapse of barwumia and his subsequent flown abroad for further medical attention. By the way, who says if a person has minor stroke he cannot talk or walk. Some people are very unlearned about issues. You see a person very wrong in the morning and in the next few hours you hear he is no more, so stop deceiving yourself the all is well with barwumia. Instead keep praying for him. Professor MILLS was jogging at kotoka only to die two weeks later. Who thought KABA or Bature would die they way they did. If God had spares the life of Barwumia, give thanks to him and stop the nun sense of demanding apology, for you don't know what is in store for him in the coming days.
Dr Bawumiah doesn't need any apology from the ndc, he is not cheap to lower himself to that standard. You ask of apology when you don't believe in yourself , when you don't have self esteem like the ndc who ask of apology on any st*pid thing just to create attention. Dr Bawumiah is an expensive asset to Ghana so can't be in the same level with the ndc. High society members play according to their standards so anybody in that society doesn't wait for somebody to tell him/her to apologize or demand apology before they do it, they know the rules it is nice and etiquette to accord each one with respect but ndc has no class so demanding such a thing from them is alien to their afuom arrogance and akurase championship. one with respect
