President Nana Akufo-Addo on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, is delivering his maiden state of the nation address (SONA) before Parliament in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution.
The President dressed in Black suit and white shirt after taking his seat, was welcomed with cheers from members of the House.
The Majority led the way with an Akan gospel song ‘Aba mu awie’; meaning the prophecy has come to pass.
The minority then continued with ‘Onaapo’ a campaign song the National Democratic Congress used during the 2016 elections.

it is an absolute ridiculousness for NDC any other person to wish that ADDO'S government will not performs. is it because you did not performs. Any such wish is evil, wickedness and uninformed. Wish Addo to fail is equal to wishing the nation to fail;remain impoverished and unadvancing. This is shameful. Ghana must be advanced for God sake Ta.
