A Political Science Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Dr Seidu Alidu says the landmark Supreme Court Verdict last year created an avenue for Ghana to reform its electoral system.
He tells Radio Ghana he is not sure some of the reforms have been implemented.
This is because the Electoral Commission is still using the same methodologies in running its affairs.
Dr Alidu says elections are won at the polling stations, therefore party agents ought to be vigilant in performing their duties.
He also cautions political parties to desist from announcing electoral results, saying it is only the EC that is mandated to perform that function.
