The MP for Manhyia South, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh says contrary to what some people are saying he has on no occasion slighted the MP and people of Ashaiman.
Reacting to the fall out of exchanges between him and the MP for Ashaiman, Alfred Agbesi on the 5th of this month in Parliament, Dr Opoku Prempeh said his words have been misconstrued by some elements who have decided to play mischief about the situation.
He told Radio Ghana that a study of the Hansard will give a better explanation of the context in which his statement was made.
He said the relationship between him and the Deputy Majority Leader still remains cordial.
