The PNC has reiterated its opposition to the creation of constituencies any time there is a population and housing census.
General Secretary of the party, Bernard Mornah, told GBC's Radio Ghana that the party was against the creation of 30 new constituencies in 2004 and is still against the creation of the 45 constituencies.
Mr Mornah however stated that the Electoral Commission cannot be faulted since is has the constitutional mandate to do what it is doing.
