Ghana�s Most Beauty Pageant Queen, Ms Lawrencia Ayampoka, on Sunday joined the Chiefs and people of the Bawku Traditional area to celebrate the Samapiid festival.
Her presence brought together modernity and tradition as the celebrants went all out in traditional regalia pouring their hearts into dance and gorgeous flips of smocks.
Ms Ayampoka, who hails from Bawku, expressed gratitude to Ghanaians and especially people of the northern part of the country and called for support to pursue her project which is on girl-child education throughout the country.
She reiterated her call on Ghanaians, especially northerners, to support her to bring hope to girls to enable them pursue their education dreams in full.
