Bill Cosby returned to a Pennsylvania courtroom on Tuesday where prosecutors said they want 13 other women who have accused the comedian of molesting them to testify in his upcoming felony sexual assault trial that will start June 5.
Montgomery County Judge Steven O'Neill said on Tuesday that Cosby is blind and offered whatever special accommodations that the actor may need.
'This case now 252 days from filing of criminal complaints,' O'Neill said in his Pennsylvania courtroom. 'There is a right to a speedy trial.'
