Among the women who are believed to be changing the narrative when it comes to politics was the Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana, Hon Akosua Fremah Osei- Opare who according the dressers who is making a lasting impact.

The organizers believed its high time women got involved in active politics and taking up challenging positions like their male counterparts without hiding behind the scenes.

Some of the participants who spoke to Peacefmonline Sampson Kwame Nyamekye said the current policies by the government are as results of the contributing role of the Chief of staff.
