TMW Foundation as part of their activities for this year has donated gift hampers to about ten widows to mark the birthday of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Despite Groups of Companies, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite.

The items in the hamper included a bag of rice, cooking oil, mackerels, tin tomatoes, and cloth fabrics among other things. 

Presenting the items to the widows at the premises of Despite Media, Agya Kwabena, the host of UTV’s Adekye Nsroma who represented the Foundation said that, this gesture stems from the kind yearly gestures of Dr Osei Kwame Despite which the aim to replicate in their way.

He further urged Ghanaians to continually support the vulnerable people in society most especially elderly people who have lost their spouses.

 TMW Foundation has over the months donated relief items worth over 300,000 cedis to support distressed victims of the Akosombo Dam spillage.
 
On their part, the widows therefore thanked God for adding another year to Dr. Osei Kwame Despites’ and thanked him and the TMW Foundation’s CEO, Mawuse Woka for the donation to them.
