Your 24-hour Economy Policy Will Affect 'Witches, Wizards and gods of the Land' - Maurice Ampaw Tells Mahama
Private legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw says the 24-hour economy policy being proposed by NDC Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama to implement when elected as president will bring nothing but distress to the country.
He claimed the policy would be more of a problem than a solution to the economy.
“There will be implications, even attendance to church will not be the same. Who will be going to the night church service if they must go to work,” he said.
The controversial lawyer continued that the policy may also affect “witchcraft”.
“Witchcraft is part of our religion, and this policy will affect witches and wizards at night. They need an environment to operate at night without any disturbances. Same as the gods of the land,” Lawyer Maurice Ampaw told NEAT FM’s morning show, 'Ghana Montie' in an interview.
