Some unhappy supporters of Alan Kyerematen, who resigned from the New Patriotic Party(NPP) on Monday, September 25, have expressed their disappointment in Alan Kyerematen for not thinking about the welfare of his supporters before tendering his resignation.

The supporters see the action of Alan Kyerematen as perfidious and not a trait of a team player.

They believed that the excuses Alan cited to leave NPP and contest as an independent candidate in 2024 were untenable and flimsy excuses that a seasoned politician cannot rely on to leave a party he boasts of being a founding member.

They queried the 4 time-defeated flagbearer of NPP why he was leaving a party at such a pressing period and asked why he couldn't put his interest aside and look at the larger interest.

"Flipping through Alan Kyerematen's political history, this is not the first time he has resigned from the NPP and also anytime he loses primaries he blames everyone but himself," said one of the dejected Alan supporter.

They urged all supporters of Alan who are members of the NPP not to follow him since he does not think about their political growth but his self-centered agenda.

They also pledge their unalloyed support to the any candidate that will emerge as the flag bearer of NPP and work hard for him to win the 2024 elections.
