Perez Chapel, Pantang Branch, on Monday as part of the Easter festivity, hosted the celebration with a feast at its premises.

The celebration was marked with the sharing of abundance of foods and drinks, entertainment and communal fellowship between the Church and the people in its environs.

Typical of such celebrations, its premises was full of members and non–members who took advantage of the occasion to interact and make merry.

When he took his turn to welcome and address the gathering, the Head Pastor, Rev Ismart Yebuah, explained the essence of sharing Christ in this Easter season which is an important part of the Church's mission.

He noted that Easter symbolises a moment where the love and mercy of God cut across all people and that God calls Christians in this season to remember that the salvation message and fellowship with Christ must be extended to all people.

He admonished Christians not to lose sight of the crown ahead and to use the Easter celebration as a time to reflect on the message of love, forgiveness, mercy and above all sacrifice—with Christ as lead example by shedding His Blood on the cross for mankind.
