97-Year-Old Nazi Secretary Of Evil Sentenced For Involvement In More Than 10,000 Murders

A 97-year-old former Nazi death camp secretary has been seen for the first time without her trademark sunglasses as she was today handed a two-year suspended sentence in Germany over her complicity in the murder of more than 10,000 people.

Irmgard Furchner, who has been dubbed the 'secretary of evil', has almost always attended her trial for Nazi-era crimes wearing large sunglasses in an attempt to hide her face. On the odd occasion that she did not wear them, German media outlets would muzz her face.

But now, new images of Furcher without her signature sunglasses have been released and her full face has been pictured for the first time after she was given a two-year sentence for her role in the murder of prisoners at the Stutthof camp in Nazi-occupied Poland between 1943 and 1945.
