Outgoing National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Sammi Awuku has described as "crucial" the election of national executives to lead the party for the next four years.

The NPP is today, Saturday, 16th July 2022 electing new executives.

Over 6,000 delegates have already started filling the Accra Sports Stadium to choose from 47 candidates.

Speaking to TV3 in an interview Sammi Awuku said: “This election is crucial because it offers the party an opportunity for us to also prepare the machinery towards elections and victory 2024 and I have no doubt in my mind that the New Patriotic Party will come out stringy and victorious today”
