According to the Majority Leader, "what is happening is not the best . . . it’s a worrying situation especially to the government, because currently we have just a slim majority and so if one is out taking any decision it is difficult".

E-levy

Meanwhile, some of the NPP MPs have blamed her for the delay in passing the controversial e-levy bill.

In reaction, Hon. Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu claims even though the bill would have been passed had she been around, "her absence is not the only reason".

Explaining further, he said: "our negotiations with the minority is also part as well as their inconsistencies. Nonetheless, if Adwoa was present, we would have the majority to pass the bill and this debate would have ended".
