Election Petition: Mahama's Counsel Needs To Persuade The Judges - Lawyer TK On Reopening Of Case

Former President John Mahama, Petitioner in the ongoing election petition has filed a motion at the Supreme Court for leave to reopen his case and to issue a subpoena to have Madam Jean Mensa mount the witness box.

Lawyer Tweneboah Koduah popularly known as lawyer TK in an interview on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo', said Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata, lead counsel for former President John Mahama would have to convince the Supreme Court judges on why he wants the case reopened.

"You would need to explain why you want the case reopened . . . you really need to persuade the judges that indeed there is a need to reopen the case," he indicated.
