Go To Court And Stop The Gibberish! - Mame Yaa Aboagye Tells NDC

Deputy Communications Director of the NPP, Mame Yaa Aboagye has asked the opposition NDC to go to court if they have issues with the 2020 election results.

According to her, it’s needless for the NDC to empower their supporters to resort to violence instead of using the right channel to address whatever post-election concerns they have.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama and his party are disputing the results of the 2020 elections.

They have rejected the results declared by the Electoral Commission (EC).

Mame Yaa wondered why the opposition party is afraid to go to court.

You claim you’ve won but when we ask you to produce evidence for your victory then you begin to berate the Electoral Commission. Simple issue if you think you’ve won go to court and stop talking in circles.

“2020 election is the most peaceful, free and fair election organized by the Electoral Commission hence if anybody has any problem with it the best place to seek redress is the court.

“Empty barrel they say makes the most noise…we are all aware the NDC lost this year’s election and even has no evidence to back up their allegations, they have nothing to show. One thing is certain President Akufo-Addo won this election beautifully on merit and there are no two ways about it”, she fumed.
