I Don’t Have Time To Use Someone’s Leaked Video As My Campaign Message - AAK MP Rubbishes Claims Of Exploiting Kwakye Ofosu

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Abura Asebu Kwamankesse, Mr. Elvis Morris Donkor says he will “never” capitalize on a leaked videotape involving his main rival, the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) Felix Kwakye Ofosu and someone’s fiancée to campaign for votes.

Describing the leaked video as “unfortunate”, he said he will not use that against his opponent.

He said on NEAT FM’s morning show 'Ghana Montie' that he will tell his people about his good works and seek their votes to be reelected.

“I have done so many things in my constituency and my achievements will speak for me. I don’t have time to use someone’s video as my campaign message,” he noted.

Mr. Kwakye Ofosu, a Former Deputy Information Minister, is trending on social media after he was allegedly caught in a room with an engaged woman.

The viral video was recorded by the brother of the man supposed to be getting married to the woman Felix Kwakye Ofosu had allegedly been visiting at odd hours.

Mr. Kwakye Ofosu, who is contesting the Abura Asebu Kwamankesse seat, is yet to speak on the matter.

But the communication team of the NDC claims the video is old and an attempt to distract Mr. Kwakye Ofosu’s parliamentary ambition.
