The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has launched its 2020 manifesto ahead of the December 7 election.
The Akufo-Addo led administration intends to provide free WiFi coverage to all Senior High Schools and Tertiary institutions as well as construct SHSs in all the 16 regions.
Apart from that all tertiary students who want to apply for student loans will be able to do that without a guarantor.
