The Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Joyce Bamford Addo has urged Members of Parliament not to be weary of the sacrificial nature of their job but continue to work hard in the interest of mother Ghana. The Speaker gave the advice today when Parliament reconvened for its 2nd meeting in 2011 after almost 2 months of recess. According to the Speaker, the schedule of Parliament for the second meeting is very tight and urged members to co-operate fully with the leadership to ensure a successful completion of the second meeting. Rt. Hon. Joyce Bamford Addo advised the Members of Parliament to be mindful of the fact that their constituents and Ghanaians in general are observing their performance with keen interest.
