NPP Deputy Communications Director, Mame Yaa Aboagye has charged the youth in Ghana to spearhead the effort to ensure a second term for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

According to her, a victory for the President and his Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia is non-negotiable stressing that the good works of the government should be on the lips of the youth, particularly the youth in NPP.

“Even though the party is prepared to retain power but that depends heavily on the work of the youth especially at the grassroots level… I wish the youth will continue to take up the forefront of the fight to ensure that NPP wins and continues its good work…”

She made this call at the 2019 NPP Youth Conference held at Tamale by the party youth wing and led by the National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye.

The conference was under the theme "One Good Term Deserves Another" aimed at engaging the youth in NPP's quest for victory in the 2020 elections.

The NPP Deputy Communications Director further urged the youth to "get involved at every stage of the campaign because the campaign train has already taken off and we are not waiting for anybody…The President and the Vice President are working and we will go to the length and breadth of this country to project their good works because one good term deserves another".
