The Loyal Ladies, an all-female volunteer group, under the Youth Wing of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed Miss Adwoa Pomaah Sanwu as President of the group effective on Monday, 1st July 2019.
Before her appointment as President of the group, Mame Pomaah, as she is affectionately called, served as the Vice President of the ladies group.
Miss Pomaah's elevation to the National Top Position has been necessitated by the increasing responsibilities and complexities associated with Miss Perpetual Lomokie Akwada's recent position as the Deputy National Youth Organizer of NPP in addition to her position as President of Loyal Ladies.
In a statement, issued and signed by the Communication Directorate of the ladies said: "We strongly believe that Pomaah will be an excellent match for this position and a strong asset to the group".
"We believe her expertise and leadership will provide considerable benefits to the group as well", adding that "Pomaah brings a wealth of experience to her new role of providing and developing a strategy for operations and coordinating human resource activities across the various chapters nationwide,” the statement added.

We wish to bring to the notice of all, that effective 1st July 2019; Miss Adwoa Pomaah Sanwu (Vice President, PR) has been elevated to the position of President, NPP LOYAL LADIES.
This has been necessitated by the increasing responsibilities and complexities associated with Miss Perpetual Lomokie Akwada's role as deputy national youth organizer, NPP.

Nonetheless, Miss Perpetual, will work closely with all the Generals, Captains and Commanders to design and implement plans and strategies that will benefit members, enhance our organizational performance and capabilities and help retain the NPP government for another term.
