NPP Elections: Group Cautions Vetting Committee Against Grand Agenda To Disqualify General Sec Aspirant

The ruling New Patriotic Party will from 7th July 2018 converge in the Eastern regional capital of Koforidua to elect its national executives.

A group has emerged with allegations that there is an orchestrated agenda to disqualify aspiring general secretary Dr Richard Ahiagbah when the vetting committee starts the process from 28th day of May this year.

We are calling on the election and the vetting committee to be circumspect and fair with their dealings on the aspirants especially the position of general secretary.

Information reaching the campaign office of Dr Richard Ahiagbah indicate that there are plans to vet him out of the race, we will not sit down for the only person from the Volta region contesting the General general be vetted out.

The grassroots will decide who should be come the next general secretary of the party and not any selfish individual.

we will resist any attempt by individuals or group of people to push Such a negative agenda. once again we the Volta youth caucus in Accra will fight such move.
