The Three Northern Youths For Development, a pro-NPP Group, has commended one of the leading members of the party, Dr. Amoako Tuffuor, for his immense contribution towards ensuring victory in the December 7 elections.

The group, made up of active youths from the three northern regions, noted that the former Executive Director of the School Feeding Programme deserves a great deal of commendation for the role he played in mobilizing support for the party, particularly in the northern regions.

They are however reminding him to redeem his promise of securing job opportunities for members of the group now that the NPP is in power.

In a statement issued and signed by its Chairman, Halidu Suleiman, the group noted that in the run up to the elections, Dr. Amoako Tuffuor promised them job opportunities for which reasons they dedicated themselves to the cause of the NPP before and during the polls.

According to them,  the promise by the NPP Founding Member became the motivative factor which encouraged them to sacrifice their lives to campaign and police the ballots which cculminated in the NPP recording a sterling performance in the three northern regions.

"We are of high expectations that our dear father (Dr. Amoako Tuffuor) will stick to his promise and not disappoint us. He is our hope and we believe in him," the group noted.


The Three Northern Youths For NPP has meanwhile commended the President-elect, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo and his vice Dr. Alhaji Mahama Bawumia, for the resounding victory in last Wednesday's elections.
