Montie 3 Will Continue To 'Open Fire' (Bie Gya) On Radio - Lawyer

One of the Lawyers for released Montie trio, George Loh has indicated that his clients are fired-up to explode on the airwaves after their return from almost a month in incarceration for scandalizing the apex court of the land.

He however said he cannot tell if the trio will embark on intemperate speech or not in line of their discourse.

The Montie three who were incarcerated for threatening the lives of the Supreme Court Judges were released last week from the Akuse Prisons by the president John Dramani Mahama upon a Council of State remission recommendation. The President as well as members of the Council of State were heavily criticised by the public for that decision.

Some lawyers have filed a suit against the president challenging the remission of the trio in court. But speaking on Abusua FM, Lawyer Loh explained that he cannot guarantee if his clients will continue inflaming passions.

‘‘Oh Kwame they will biegya but will be quite different, but they have been advised that the president does not support their stance but did that on humanitarian grounds and that they should be mindful of their utterances not to disgrace the president, but like I said they will continue to biegya,’ he smiled.

The Member of Parliament (MP) for North Dei said they will jump in the suit if those seeking legal interpretations tend to be otherwise. Asked if he is not condoning wrongful acts, he replied ‘no no this will be done right’.

He said their clients are all in good conditions.
