Govt Officials Signing Montie 3 Petition Very "Irresponsible & Disgusting" . . . - Nana Boakye

NPP Communicator, Nana Boakye, popularly called Nana B says it was irresponsible for government officials and a section of the citizenry to have signed a petition for Presidential pardon for the three Montie FM contempt culprits.

According to him, the signing of the petition book by some Ministers was unfortunate and should President John Mahama accept to their bidding, he would set a bad precedent for the country.

He explained that the President would be pitching the heads of the executive and judicial arms of government together by virtue of the petition to free the Montie 3.

“The whole process, the signing of the petition; it is so irresponsible. It’s disgusting. It disgusts me.”

Nana Boakye further found it sickening that President John Mahama didn't openly condemn nor distance himself from the disparaging comments that the Montie trio made against the Judges.

To him, President Mahama shouldn't have encouraged the petition but rather clarified his stance against the culprits.
