Painstaking investigation by the Editorial Team of Peacefmonline.com has established that a story published on our portal on 9th July, 2015 and headlined, "NDC Parliamentary Hopeful Urges Skirt And Blouse", was false and without merit.
The publication, which was in connection with a report that the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Domeabra-Obom had called on electorates in the constituency to vote against President John Dramani Mahama in the forthcoming General elections for neglecting them, but to vote for her as Member of Parliament (MP), were a total fabrication and not borne out of any facts.
We, therefore, wish to apologise unreservedly to Sophia Karen Akuaku, her family and to anyone connected to her who felt slighted by the publication.
As a mark of the sincerity of our apology, we retract the entire publication whiles the offending news item has since been pulled down from our website (Peacefmonline).
