SPECIAL VOTING...How Police, Military, Media & EC Staff Will Vote In Dec Says Islamic Cleric

An Islamic cleric, numerologist and philosopher, Sheikh Ustaz Sham-Una Jibril has tipped the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP] to lead this year’s special voting by state security institutions ahead of December 7 elections.

In a statement copied Peacefmonline.com the soothsayer noted that - the NPP is likely to win the election per his spiritual predictions.
