Prez's Bike Riding Was A Challenge to Nana Addo - Security Expert

A Security Expert has described the riding of a motor bike by President Mahama as a subtle challenge to the Flagbearer of the leading opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to Irbard Ibrahim, it was a display of "swag and boldness".

". . the President did not need to ride on a bike to tour flooded areas across the city. His advisers did not give him good counsel because he could have hurt himself easily."

"This, for me, is a subtle challenge to Nana Addo by the President who wants it to be known that he is young and has swag, but that was a P.R. gimmick that has gone wrong," he told Adakabre Frimpong Manso on Neat FM.

President John Mahama on Sunday decided to keep his comfortable V8 in the garage and take a ride through town on a motorbike.

He is seen in a short video leaving a house believed to belong to his brother, Ibrahim Mahama, at Kawukudi, near Gold House in Accra.

The President is seen riding behind a rider who is believed to be his brother whiles a police dispatch ridee rides after.
