Central Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwamena Duncan, has urged the rank and file of the party to comply with the rules and regulations of the NPP.

According to him, the leadership and members of the NPP should not contravene the party's constitution.

Contributing to a panel discussion on the Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' on the indefinite suspension of the NPP National Chairman Paul Afoko, Kwamena Duncan believed no person is above the law.

“The sacrifice you made for this party can never be compared to what we must do as a party to rescue this country, to rescue Ghana from incompetent corrupt hands. As a result, even if you seek to put yourself out to be voted and it comes that you should step down for the sake of Ghana project; you must heed it,” he said.

To him, the entire leadership and members must be subject to the internal disciplinary mechanisms whether they like or not.
