The Peoples National Convention (PNC), has postponed its National Delegates Congress from August 14 -16 to October 9-11, to elect national officers and the flagbearer for election 2016.
The postponement was necessitated by failure of the party to organise all constituency and regional conferences to elect officers, which were mandatory for a national congress.
A party source told the Ghana News Agency in an interview
