Fuel Shoot-up Is More Deadly Than Ebola NPP MP

“I am telling you, the recent increment of fuel is more deadly than Ebola…it’s true, the government must do something about it because of the confusion it is causing at transport yards,” an aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary candidate for Ablekuma Central, Ebenezer Nartey said.

According to him, the Mahama-led administration does not have Ghanaians at heart after their numerous promises of a “Better Ghana”.

Speaking on Adom TV, the NPP MP opined that the 9% increment in fuel prices is an additional suffering onto Ghanaians with the yet to be solved power crisis.

He noted that the increase would further impair the already bad economic conditions in the country.

Prices of some petroleum products went up by 9 percent after the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) reviewed prices to correspond with the increment in prices of crude oil on the international market.
