Kofi Adams: Im Happy Someone Took NDC To Court

Deputy General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams has showered praises on the plaintiff who sent his party to court to place injunction on the regional and national conferences to elect executives. According to the Deputy Chief Scribe of the ruling NDC, the court injunction prevented possible chaos which could have arose from the tension that was mounting from the various regions due to the clause in the election guideline that restricted some people from contesting the elections. Commenting on the NDC's injunction case on Oman FMs Morning Show, Kofi Adams who is aspiring for the National Organizer position confessed that the court injunction could have affected the organizational strength of NDC in the next elections if it had not been resolved. He conserved that the young man who took the party to court has demonstrated to be loyal who is hell bent to stand by the partys values irrespective of the personalities at the helm of affairs of NDC, thereby making his National Organizer job easy when elected. I am happy someone took NDC to court; I salute the plaintiff because he has shown that he is a true son of the NDC and in every situation, he will stand by the party. He has also shown that he is very passionate about the partys values...the lesson is that we shouldnt assume we know everything in the party from the top but we should consider the views of the members at the grassroots; they know what they are doing and who they want in the party, he warned. He however revealed that the regional and national executive elections will soon be organized since the clause which nearly caused the peace of the party has been removed from the election guidelines. He added that date for the elections will not exceed November 20, 2014.
