The New Patriotic Party is a dead party walking and until the soul of the party is retrieved, they would be like a rolling stone that we all know, gathers no moss.

Charles Owusu of the Progressive People�s Party spoke to Peacefmonline.com concerning the slapdash way the current crop of NPP executives are handling the party.

He claims ever since they took over, they have deliberately gone silent over state matters and issues involving the ruling party; National Democratic Congress government and are rather championing the destruction of their own party.

According to him, most of the unrest within the NPP was started as a result of directives by some executives.

He refused to mention any name but reading between the lines, it is obvious Mr. Charles Owusu was pointing at Mr. Paul Afoko and Mr. Kwabena Agyepong; the Chairman and General Secretary for the NPP.

Under their watch, the NPP has been hit with ceaseless internal wrangling which led to the destruction of properties and near-bloodletting at the party�s headquarters.
