Alan Must Suspend His Campaign And Emulate Nana Addo- Free Education Now Group

Ghana's Supreme Court dismissing the 2012 election petition on the 29th August 2013 has proven beyond doubt that electoral processes should be monitored under careful scrutiny by all and sundry. In the wake of this, political parties have shown interest in monitoring the on-going registration exercise to ensure that we have serine elections 2016. As part of our effort to see to it that the New Patriotic Party emerges the winner to enable our dreams of benefiting from the free education policy, we the members of the FREE EDUCATION NOW PRAYER GROUP wish to inform the entire party chain of command to call on Alan John Kyerematen who is also contesting the flagbearership race to suspend his campaign and join hands with the party in monitoring the registration exercise as done by his opponent Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. Even though we dont decide who the flagbearer of the elephant party is, we want the part hierarchy to bear in mind that we the youth in the party decide who the president of our dear country becomes. And that failure on the part of the executive members of the party to bring sanity into the party will resort to our stay in opposition come 2016. We are in strife with the biggest party according to the 2012 election verdict, yet the same party even though on the seat is still devising means to ensure that they win again 2016. The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has decided that all activities including campaigns and conferences being organized at national, regional, constituencies and branches across the country leading to the Partys congress in October this year be suspended to enable the party actively participate and effectively monitor the on-going Electoral Commissions national supplementary registration exercise. As a party working to unseat such party we believe strong measures ought to be employed by the elephant party to be able to contest and win the 2016 elections. And one way of doing so is to effectively monitor the on-going registration exercise. Again we want the elephant party to know that the contest within the party should not be anything that stands to divide but unite us. We, hereby, admonish that the partys chain of command call on all aspirants to halt the campaign and monitor the exercise and also outline good measures to ensure the coming back of NPP to power in 2016.
