Mr Dogbe, who recently led a three-man delegation to the United States of America (USA), is back in office. Absence The absence of Mr Dogbe from the Flagstaff House within the past two weeks generated reports in sections of the media that he had been dismissed. Although he was in the USA on official duties, media reports suggested that he was visiting his family, following his dismissal as a Presidential Staffer. Source The source at the Flagstaff House explained that Mr Dogbe led a three-man delegation to the US State Department�s pre-advance meetings ahead of a U.S.-Africa Summit of African Leaders and President Barack Obama in August. �From Washington, D.C., the team proceeded to Brazil as the advance team ahead of the arrival of Vice President Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, who participated in the official programmes by the Brazilian government for the opening of the 2014 World Cup,� it added. It said the team had since returned home, stressing that Mr Dogbe would continue to perform his assignments as handed out by the President and the Chief of Staff. The source denied claims that Mr. Dogbe was on holiday or visiting his family in the USA. He continues to discharge his duties as efficiently as he's always done,� the post by Mr. Agyenim-Boateng, a personal friend and colleague of Mr. Dogbe, stated.
