The Electoral Commission says biometric registration at all levels of elections has come to stay regardless of the challenges involved. Public Relations Officer of the Commission, Christian Owusu Parry, told Radio Ghana that though the Commission currently lacks enough biometric devices, biometric voting still remains the procedure in the upcoming district level elections.
