The current Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr Kwabena Adjei says there are �enemies� within the party that must be smoked out. ��There�s an enemy outside there; in fact not only outside there but the enemy within�, he told party Cadres in Accra on Tuesday. He therefore urged supporters to ensure they remain united and prevent the �enemy within� from dividing their front. Dr Adjei who is seeking re-election told supporters to shun party people who are bent on destroying the NDC�s resolve to win the 2016 elections. �If you divide your rank, the enemy will get you straight and I am not going to be the person who divides you; I�m going to be the person who�ll bring you together to get the enemy out�, he said. He said unlike other people who are seeking to buy votes with bags of rice, cooking oil and students mattresses, he will �never do that�. Dr Kwabena Adjei is contesting the national Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) Mr Kofi Portuphy for the Chairmanship slot of the NDC.
