I Will End Your Political Fornication - NDC Communicator Warns Lawyer

A member of the Governments Communication machinery, Alhaji Naziru Mohammed has thrown down the gauntlet to Lawyer Maurice Ampaw to carry out his threat of legal action against him (Naziru). The NDC Communicator says he intends to expose the legal practitioner if he fails to walk his talk. Lawyer Maurice Ampaw issued a two-week ultimatum to the Government Communicator to either retract his disparaging remarks or else meet him in court. The legal action threat comes after Naziru branded Lawyer Ampaw a liar on Okay Fm regarding a statement issued by the barrister about the conduct of the Supreme Court Judges who sat on the 2012 election petition case. Lawyer Ampaw accused majority of the Judges who sat on the case of treating the petitioners in an impolite manner. He claims after a careful scrutiny of the judgment written by the nine-member panel, some Judges used offensive words and insults in writing their judgments. He therefore advised Judges, especially the Chairman of the panel, Justice William Atuguba to avoid using harsh words and vituperation when delivering their verdicts. But the NDC communicator, launched a scathing attack on him (Ampaw), saying the research by the Legal Advocacy Foundation, which is headed by Lawyer Ampaw was not done fairly and independently but was instigated by the opposition NPP. ..I speak on authority of what I know and that is, the work and report the lawyer has brought is not fairly independently done...I have heard him on the same platform that the NPP sent him to do the work; I challenge him to deny if he did not receive any assistance from NPP Executives and used their branded vehicles when he conducted his research in Cape Coast, he contended. Addressing the issue in an interview with Peacefmonline.com, Dr. Maurice Ampaw expressed resentment over the comments by the NDC Communicator and threatened legal action against him. To him, the allegations leveled against him by Alhaji Naziru have no basis and so he's "giving Naziru two weeks to retract this unfortunate statement because if he fails to do so, then hes daring me and challenging me about what he said that NPP sponsored me. He claims theyve given me carhe will then have to go to court and then prove that allegation and then to set the record straight. However, Alhaji Naziru will not let sleeping dogs lie by apologizing. He told Peacefmonline.com in an interview he will expose the political fornication of the legal practitioner should he fail to drag him (Naziru) to court. ..Maurice Ampaw has little or no idea the person he is dealing with called Alhaji Mohammed Naziru. I am telling him that after the two weeks ultimatum, if I dont see any action against me then the third week will mean the end of his political fornication in this country..if his two weeks ultimatum expires without any action, he should be prepared to face the end of political fornication; the expose I will give to Ghanaians about him will end his political fornicationI will collide his head right now with the NPP and Hon. Ken Agyapong, he dared.
