Update: Petitioner's Case Is �Legally Pathetic�- Tsikata

Counsel for the third respondent, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata took a direct swipe at the petitioner�s case by telling the court that the case stands as one that is factually empty in terms of not having any �supportable evidence�. He further described it as one that is �legally pathetic� because it has no legal standing and tagged it as one that is poor in arithmetic. Petitioner's Evidence Contradicts Their Own Affidavit- Tsatsu Lead counsel for the third respondent, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata believes that at this stage, it would be prudent for the Supreme Court judges to respectfully throw away a request by the petitioners to annul votes using evidence they have submitted.
