Thieves, on Wednesday night, broke into the offices of the Kwabre West Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and made away with a number of items. Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, NPP Constituency Chairman, told the Ghana News Agency, that a report had been made to the Kodie Police, whose offices are just behind the Partys office. He said he received information on Thursday morning about the incident and rushed to the office to notice it was true. Odeneho Appiah, said even though he could not fathom the reason behind the theft, he could not rule out sabotage. He appealed to members of the community to help the police by providing the needed information that might lead to the arrest of those behind the theft. A source at the Kodie Police station confirmed the theft and said it occurred on Wednesday night. He said the police had begun investigations into the case and called on residents to help by providing the necessary information.
