Kofi Brako Wins Newly Created Tema Central Seat For NPP

Mr Kofi Brako, a businessman, who contested the seat for the newly created Tema Central Constituency on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 polls, was declared the winner with 26,948 votes. Mr Nagei Oscar, Returning Officer for the constituency, who declared him the winner, said Mr James Enu, who contested on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) had 14,360 votes, whiles Mr Prince Kwabena Okyere, for Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) and Mr Issca Nuku Asempa for the Convention Peoples Party (CPP) had 3,510 and 193 votes respectively.
