The Minister for Water Resources Works and Housing, E.T. Mensah, says the choice of Mr. Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur as Vice President is in the right direction.
He said Mr. Arthur has both political and technical ability to occupy the high office of Vice President.
Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr. E.T. Mensah said Mr. Amissah Arthur had been with the NDC from the days of the PNDC and has the competence to partner President Mahama for the next five months.
