The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Alhaji Mohammed Mumuni, on Wednesday presented the scorecard of his stewardship, pointing especially at the success of the biometric passport novelty which he said has enabled the government to meet the demands of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
