The General Secretary of the governing National Democratic Congress, (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketiah popularly known as General Mosquito, has chided the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, for bypassing him, as General Secretary of the party which won the most votes in the last general election, when he embarked on his Listening Campaign.
