Voting has begun in the National Democratic Congress flagbearer contest between Professor John Evans Atta Mills and Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings. However the former First Lady cannot vote because she lost the right to exercise her franchise when she resigned as Vice Chairperson of the NDC on April 13, 2011.
